Making the difference
for a safe and healthy world.

Our Divisions

The Human Safety Alliance has been founded to more effectively improve safety in the workplace and challenge the safety plateau that characterises many industries. Within the Alliance our divisions join forces with like-minded companies. Together we stand strong in advancing state-of-the art safety improvements, transferring best practices across domains and geographies. Our combined size enables us to serve the largest and most demanding customers.

The value of the Human Safety Alliance has already been proven in various industry projects and the LFI24 brand for independent incident investigations. To support these activities we have also embarked on collaborative research projects that showcase our most successful projects and position them in contemporary academic literature.

The Human Safety Alliance has now also launched the Human Safety Academy in which we bundle our training programmes for human safety in safety critical environments. The Academy is focused on educating and developing already task-competent professionals in the domain of safety.

Our Divisions

Intergo

Intergo applies deep knowledge of human behaviour to enable companies to perform successfully. This is particularly done in safety-critical environments.

Evidence-based methods and expertise is used from real world successes as well as the behavioural sciences to enable safe and successful performance. Intergo has a team of registered Ergonomists, Human Factors, and Safety Consultants / trainers as well as an extensive network of experts.

LFI24

LFI24 is an investigation and analysis network organisation specialised in independent incident investigation. In case of emergencies the network is available on a 24/7 basis. LFI24 has experts familiar with well-known accident techniques such as Tripod and BFA. They offer extensive knowledge for understanding human factors in relation to incidents.

Human error is often quoted as the ‘source’ of many accidents. Whilst acknowledging that human error often triggers incidents, LFI24 emphasises that these human errors do not occur in isolation. They are influenced by external (organisational or environmental) factors.

Human Safety Academy

Human Safety Academy is focused on educating and developing already task-competent professionals in the domain of safety. Training is offered in the field of incident investigation, risk prevention, culture and behaviour and safety in design.

In addition to broadly applicable training courses, Human Safety Academy also offers specific training courses for specific sectors such as rail, maritime, healthcare and for operating bridges and locks.
