They offer extensive knowledge for understanding human factors in relation to incidents.<\/p>\n Human error is often quoted as the \u2018source\u2019 of many accidents. Whilst acknowledging that human error often triggers incidents, LFI24 emphasises that these human errors do not occur in isolation.
