Because of previous business contacts, personal data such as your name and business (contact) details may be in our database and in our project archives. We have collected this personal data based on the information you have provided yourself during the business relationship between you and us. We store only those data that are necessary for the effective performance of an agreement. This is done on the AVG basis: performance of an agreement. The data generally stored are:<\/p>\n

Opt-in<\/strong> Unsubscribe<\/strong> <\/p>\n When you fill in the contact form on our website, we only process the data you yourself provide to us based on your consent. This is at least your name and your e-mail address. The last octet of website visitors’ IP address is removed by Google Analytics, rendering it anonymous. Apart from anonymised IP addresses, no other personal data is used. If it is desirable for Human Safety Alliance to keep personal data longer than these four weeks, initially assuming one year, explicit consent will be sought from the candidate.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Personal data are stored in the servers of our website hoster. A processing agreement has been concluded with them in which the security of this data is state-of-the-art. Deze persoonsgegevens hebben wij verzameld aan de hand van de informatie die u zelf heeft verstrekt gedurende de zakelijke relatie tussen u en ons. Wij slaan alleen die gegevens op die nodig zijn voor effectief uitvoeren van een overeenkomst (noodzakelijkheidsgrondslag). Dat zijn over het algemeen:\r\n

Contactformulier<\/h3>\r\nWanneer u het contactformulier op onze website invult, verwerken we alleen de gegevens die u zelf aan ons verstrekt. Dit is in ieder geval uw naam en uw e-mailadres. Daarnaast kunt u nog de volgende gegevens verstrekken: telefoonnummer en een bericht\/vraag.\r\n\r\nDe gegevens worden verzameld en opgeslagen om u van een reactie te kunnen voorzien. Aangezien het ingevulde contactformulier als een e-mail bij ons binnenkomt, behandelen we deze gegevens niet anders dan dat u een directe e-mail had gestuurd.\r\n\r\nDoor de gegevens aan ons te verstrekken geeft u ons toestemming om de gegevens voor bovengenoemde doel te gebruiken en maximaal 1 jaar te bewaren. Cookies en loggegevens<\/h3>\r\nHuman Safety Alliance maakt gebruik van Google Analytics voor het meten van bezoekersstatistieken. Het laatste octet van de websitebezoekers\u2019 IP-adres wordt door Google Analytics verwijderd waardoor deze geanonimiseerd wordt. Naast geanonimiseerde IP-adressen worden er geen andere persoonsgegevens gebruikt. Sollicitaties<\/h3>\r\nHuman Safety Alliance bewaart sollicitaties per brief, e-mail of video niet langer dan vier weken na einde sollicitatieprocedure. Indien het voor Human Safety Alliance gewenst is persoonsgegevens langer dan deze vier weken te bewaren, in eerste instantie uitgaande van een jaar, zal er expliciete toestemming van de kandidaat worden gevraagd. Kandidaten hebben recht op inzage van gearchiveerde gegevens en op correctie of verwijdering.\r\n\r\n\u00a0\r\n
